Abstract The carrying capacity of regional water resources has become a hot topic in research. Siwaluh watershed is one the areas that need to be assessed for because area very dynamic. This research aims monitor based on and availability watershed. Water Carrying Capacity Assessment Regulation State Minister Environment Number 17 2009 concerning Guidelines Determining Environmental Regional Spatial Planning. mostly deficit, meaning domestic demands are more significant than availability. However, two villages have surplus capacity, namely village upstream area, Gerdu Village, Karangpandan District Plumbon Karanganyar District. Village Surplus greater water. results this study expected used as reference sustainable management so people can enjoy decent life.
